paintings
i recently commissioned a budding local painter for two works of art and i'm happy with what i got. at four digits each, they're quite costly for an unknown artist but hey, it's not every day that you can feed your soul this way.
and there goes my chance to visit an asian destination this year! but come to think of it: i have some "racket" up my sleeve that i've been putting off for quite a time already! and so if you'll excuse me, i just have to make a call.

Ang Kiukok and Kandinsky, not run of the mill, he really can paint. A good bargain for an asian city retreat now put on hold, hehe.

actually i just filched the originals from the net and had them repro'ed. i'm excited to go to davao to have them framed.
more than bencab's and malang's, i like better ang kiukok's women.
as for the asian destination, it shall remain a pie in the sky. at least for now. but then again, we'll never know. he.he.he.

yup, i was there for three days, and had myself holed-up in calamansi for 3 days too. grabe uwan, unlike the others, I enjoyed the woodstock-feel of the night-parties. laguti si dhines P. kay yabali iya dabawenya sandals, hehe.

ReplyDeletedili ako haw punong abala nan 15th CBC kay balik na sa ako ngadi sa tandag. sige yaon nan imbitar nan miting, pero neee agad isa wara ako maka attend. mintawag pa gani kaina kay may miting na isab sa july 6 and 9 pero gabalibad na daan ako kay on leave san boss namo. pero ga commit na ako na mag emcee kay di sa gayud magpa balibad an bislig chamber.
